Marine order 64 sets out the requirements for:

  • authorisation as a vessel traffic service (VTS) provider
  • accreditation as a VTS training organisation and approval of their model courses
  • masters to provide reports or information required by a VTS provider about the vessel's identity or passage and comply with instructions issued.
