AMSA 770

Application for internal review (form 770)

Overview

You can use this form to apply for an internal review of a decision made by AMSA.

This includes decisions such as:

  • refusing an application (e.g. for a certificate or exemption)
  • putting a condition on a certificate
  • suspending or revoking a certificate
  • issuing a direction notice, improvement notice, or prohibition notice.

In an internal review we check whether the decision we made was correct or preferable. An independent team in AMSA conducts this review.

When you apply for an internal review you can provide additional information for us to consider.

Eligibility criteria

Not all decisions are reviewable. Check your decision letter to find out:

  • whether you can apply for an internal review
  • your deadline for applying for an internal review.

You can still apply for an internal review later than the deadline on your letter. If you do, we will decide whether to go ahead with the review.

If your decision letter says that the Administrative Review Tribunal can review the decision, please contact the Tribunal.
