Research shows that people who work in diverse and inclusive workplaces are more likely to be happier, more engaged, innovative and more supportive of each other. As a result, these workplaces are higher performing; and better at coming up with new and better ways of doing things and harnessing technology to improve services.
Our Diversity and inclusion strategy 2023–27 outlines our commitment to increase workforce diversity and inclusion through a variety of initiatives to increase representation of underrepresented groups, retain emerging talent and job knowledge, and ensure an inclusive work environment.
This plan supports the wider workforce strategy outlined in our Strategic Workforce Plan 2022–2027.
