Expected delays due to Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred

Australia Post has closed multiple post offices across south-east Queensland and northern New South Wales and have temporarily paused delivery services across these areas.  This will cause delays in the dispatch and delivery of AMSA issued documents such as seafarer certificates.

Overview

Use this form to alert us of a marine incident.

Notify AMSA as soon as possible after becoming aware of a marine incident

There are 2 ways you can alert us of a marine incident:

The incident alert must be completed by the owner or master as soon as reasonably practicable* after becoming aware of the incident.

*Under Marine Order 1 (Administration) 2013, regulated Australian vessels and foreign vessels must submit an incident alert within 4 hours.
