As the national maritime regulator, AMSA is committed to protecting our oceans from ship-sourced pollution. We collaborate nationally and globally on many significant environmental initiatives. This includes action to reduce marine plastic pollution and working with the International Maritime Organization (IMO) to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
