Public interest disclosures can be made verbally or in writing and can be made anonymously.
We will treat any disclosure under the PID Act confidentially, and you will be afforded a number of protections when making a report.
Where you believe we have not met your expectations or not conducted ourselves as outlined in our service charter, we support your right to make a complaint.
We are committed to treating complaints seriously, dealing with them quickly and fairly, and learning from them.
