Objections to an intention to register a vessel

Objections can be made to us if you believe that the person intending to register the vessel is not the legal owner.

If you are claiming a legal proprietary right to a vessel that someone else is intending to register, the details of which have been published in a notice on our website, you must provide to us any relevant documents that can verify your claim.
