myAMSA Terms of Use

In accessing myAMSA, you agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use.

There may be other terms and conditions which apply to individual functions of myAMSA and you agree to be bound by those terms and conditions as they are disclosed.

Privacy and your personal information

By using myAMSA, you agree to AMSA’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in AMSA’s Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal data.

AMSA will usually collect personal information directly from you or your authorised representatives. Sometimes, we collect personal information from third parties and you consent to AMSA doing this where reasonably necessary for any of the purposes described below or where:

Where AMSA suspects or becomes aware of a breach of these Terms of Use, AMSA may immediately revoke your access and deny you further access to myAMSA. You are responsible for:

  2. Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and using myAMSA.

AMSA uses up-to-date techniques and processes to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, use, modification, or disclosure. However, users should be aware that there are inherent risks transmitting information across the Internet. Information submitted unencrypted via electronic mail or web forms may be at risk of being intercepted, read, or modified.

Limitation of liability

AMSA will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal.

Closure of inactive accounts

In some cases, we may also close accounts that have not been used after a certain amount of time.
