Use this form to:

• apply for AMSA Marine Surveyor accreditation for the first time
• add other categories to your existing accreditation.

Eligibility criteria

Eligibility criteria are outlined in Part 1 of the Marine Surveyor Manual.

You will need to show that you meet the criteria in section 25 of the National Law Regulation.

Please supply all the required documents for your accreditation with this application.
