About 

NSCV C6A provides requirements for the stability of vessels. 

Specifically, this subsection provides the minimum required intact stability criteria for vessels. 

This subsection applies to all domestic commercial vessels except: 

  • fast craft 
  • leisure craft 
  • novel vessels 
  • special purpose vessels 

However, it does apply to those vessels if Part F specifies it should.
